Do girls really like that Gifts and Flowers thing?

Do girls really like that Gifts and Flowers thing?
flowers die....the best thing my boyfriend now my hubby ever did was write a notes.....to me on toilet paper so i would have something to read in the bathroom

%26amp; gifts that are %26#039;thoughtful%26#039; %26amp; appropriate will likely be appreciated as well. If you can bring a smile to her face then it is worth it. You cannot put a price on happiness.

Reply:Honestly,I don%26#039;t,I just don%26#039;t feel right taking gifts like that when there is no occasion.
Reply:I say yes. The flowers are a good idea especially if you get them their favorite ones and same with gifts but im sure they arnt expecting you to give them stuff like that every day so occasionally or on special days i say yes; go out and get that for her.

Reply:Gifts are nice on occasion, but not constantly. One guy sent me a dozen rose bushes instead of cut roses that will die. The bushes came with a big ribbon and were delivered to the place I work, and had a beautiful card that read something corny like %26quot;may our love, like these roses, be forever in bloom.%26quot; I, along with every woman in my building, will love this guy forever. Of course, now I can%26#039;t let him pick me up at work because my female co-workers flirt with him un-mercilessly. (He later helped me plant a rose garden.)
Reply:As much as I say I don%26#039;t like spending money on things that die (ie flowers) it is still the sweetest thing when my guys sends me flowers to work...just a simple expression of love or affection that doesn%26#039;t require words.
Reply:it%26#039;s sweet for a guy to do this but not the most important thing... I%26#039;d rather him be sweet to me in other ways, like a kiss every morning and an I love you every night..
